Description of Services

INDIVIDUAL

REFERRALS:  Through our many years of working in the field, we have each developed a working relationship with most agencies in the Memphis tri-state area.  When an individual's need is beyond our scope of practice or the services which we provide, a prompt referral will be made to a provider who will meet those needs.

COUNSELING:  Individual counseling sessions are available for those seeking or who are in the process of recovery from alcohol and drug abuse and addiction.  We work with adolescents and adults.  We also work with children as a preventative measure. 

The family can be severely impacted by the addicts behavior.  We provide family addiction counseling and have extensive experience in working with the spouse, the parent, or a child (any age, including adult children) of an addict.  We provide couples counseling for those who are in the process of recovery which assists the couple in resolving any issues that may complicate their ability to recover.  Family counseling can include any number of immediate or extended family members.  This helps the family to grow in the same direction.

Group Counseling sessions are available for those with similar issues.  The group process is extremely helpful in resolving individual problems.

RECOVERY COACHING:   Individuals with a pattern of relapse sometimes need more than primary treatment to assist them with their journey of recovery.  This service provides weekly individual sessions and daily phone contact to give added support.

RECOVERY COMPANION:  Individuals who have problems that interfere with their ability to recover but who cannot enter a treatment program due to immediate work obligations, may choose to hire a recovery companion.  This companion will be with the addict twentyfour hours a day providing needed counseling and support.
